Lead Generation and Automation: Capture, Qualify, Nurture, Close.
Great lead-gen is a system, not a lucky ad campaign. Here is the end-to-end architecture we build for clients.

A lead-gen system has four moving parts. If any one of them is broken, the whole thing under-performs. We build all four, or we do not take the job on.
1. Capture
Where does the lead come in? Meta lead-gen forms, LinkedIn forms, Google search landing pages, website contact forms, WhatsApp business chat, live chat widgets. Each has different cost per lead and different quality. The right mix depends on your industry.
2. Qualify
Not every lead is worth calling. Automatic qualifying questions on the form, enrichment via Clearbit or ZoomInfo, lead scoring in the CRM, and rule-based routing all filter time-wasters before a human ever speaks to them.
3. Nurture
Most leads do not buy on the first contact. Nurture sequences (email, SMS, WhatsApp, retargeting ads) keep the brand in front of the lead until they are ready. Well-designed sequences double effective conversion rates.
4. Close
Route qualified, nurtured leads to the right salesperson at the right time, with all context attached (source, campaign, previous touches, form answers). No cold hand-overs, no lost leads sitting in an inbox.
Tools we typically deploy

Enrichment
Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo. Auto-fill missing lead data.
The BearHR example
One of our clients had leads coming in via a WordPress form that were silently failing to reach their Zoho CRM. Their sales team assumed marketing was under-performing. It took one hour to diagnose, and the fix delivered them 40+ recovered leads immediately.
